Tony Ritchie
A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Tony has extensive experience in senior management having occupied positions as both a Non-Executive Director and as Chairperson with several of Ireland’s leading companies. Having previously held the coveted position of CFO for Smurfit Kappa Ireland & UK, Tony was responsible for all group financial reporting requirements(management and statutory), investment & capital evaluation and all other strategic and business plan initiatives.

Experience
Having executed multiple M&A transactions for both Smurfit Kappa and their associative entities (Killeen Corrugated Products, Finlay Packaging Ltd, Ulster Paper Products, Woodfab Group) Tony has honed extensive experience across the realms of mergers, acquisitions and disposals. Tony was also heavily involved in various IT implementation processes throughout his tenure with Smurfit Kappa. This includes having rolled out SAP (across 8 countries, 6 languages, and 2,500 users), company intranet (Smurfit Europe), and a financial consolidation system (Hyperion Enterprise) on behalf of the Group. Tony was a Board Member of Smurfit Kappa Ireland & UK and its associated companies at various stages during his career.
Tony is a committed executive coach and invaluable member of the mentors team. His mentorship approach centres on building authentic relationships and, through doing so, helping formulate and clarify ideas and goals, and tailoring the steps necessary to reaching them.
