How much time can my company expect to get from a mentor?

This very much depends on the scope of the project / work required which will be agreed in an initial meeting. We set a dedicated tranche of time each month for the mentor to spend with you while we would also expect you to commit to preparing for each mentoring session. The complexities of the objectives will vary from business to business, but it should be agreed at the onset.

Mentors has a service fee structure commensurate with the seniority of the Mentors. Fees will be outlined at the initial free consultation meeting and will vary depending on your requirements.

How does the mentoring relationship end?

Once the business and mentor agree that the pre-determined targets / goals have been reached, a final meeting will be scheduled to wrap up the final loose ends and perhaps set new goals for you to reach in the future. By all means, please remain in touch and let us know of your success.

Once a particular goal has been achieved, can I continue to work with my mentor on other goals?

Once your original goals / targets have been reached, please contact us to create a new mentorship request. Of course, you can be matched up with the same mentor but depending on the new goal, another mentor may be better suited to work with you.
