Fiona Buckley
Fiona Buckley is a corporate trainer, keynote speaker, thought leader and empowerment & executive coach in the areas of Leadership & Management Development, Work Behaviour, Personalities, Emotional Intelligence, Interpersonal Skills and Coaching/Mentoring. Before setting up her own business 5 years ago, Fiona worked in industry for 16 years and held a number of senior corporate roles with her last position being Vice President of Professional Services EMEA for a global tech based company. Fiona has worked in small medium and large organisations throughout her career in the areas of HR, Change and Professional Services and has extensive hands on experience of managing and leading teams.
Fiona is also currently a senior associate faculty member with the Irish Management Institute (IMI) for the past 4. 5 years facilitating leadership programmes on both custom and open public programmes. Fiona is also on the faculty of Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI) delivering a range of Leadership CPD and Diploma based programmes and with the Law Society of Ireland. In 2020, Fiona was appointed as Associate Strategic Future of Work Consultant for Mercer.
Fiona is known for her infectious personality, energy, enthusiasm and positivity which in turn sparks motivation in her clients. Fiona’s coaching style is very goal focused and challenges her clients to remove obstacles that are blocking them from achieving greater potential. She encourages clients to align values and focus on being the best version of themselves at work to achieve results. Fiona brings her unique experience combined with her occupational psychology background to achieve these results and has both the academic and practitioner context. This coupled with her personality type always leads her clients to results. Her coaching style is very motivational, inspiring and practical. Fiona is a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).
Fiona is trained in a range of psychometrics such as Emotional Intelligence, DISC personality profiling, Myers Briggs (MBTI) and The Risk Type Compass. Fiona also holds a Masters in Work Behaviour and Occupational Psychology amongst other qualifications in business, training, employment law, mediation and coaching.
